Position: Manager Level
Consultants in this position will proceed the following type of Business Consulting roles
1. System grand design & Transformation strategy
Understand clients business strategy and characteristics of Supply Chain, Production and Logistics.
Model business and data flows across supply chain & production functions including planning, production, logistics, and inventory management.
Develop hypotheses based on current systems and business issues, analyze existing processes and policies, validate findings, and propose improvement opportunities
Design new data, process, and system structures leveraging ERP, WMS, CRM and specialized applications
Research and recommend appropriate technologies for each system component.
Evaluate whether expected business benefits justify system investment by calculating indicators such as ROI, IRR, PB and NPV.
Create transformation roadmaps considering current state, business characteristics, and designed future architecture.
2. Process design and Technology selection
Design business processes and data flows based on new system structure.
Develop business and data requirements for new systems, considering technology characteristics
Create RFPs covering client overview, business objectives, requirements, timeline and implementation approach.
Manage technology and implementer selection through bidding process and vendor evaluation across tactical, technical, project management, and investment perspectives
Identify supply chain & production process improvements achievable without system implementation and design solutions with implementation plan.
3. Solution implementation support and Project Management
Evaluate project schedule feasibility and task completeness, providing feedback to business users and implementers
Facilitate solution design communication between business users and implementers through documentation and workshop participation
Review requirements and solution design documents to ensure quality and business requirement fulfillment.
Develop testing, data migration, operational transition, and training strategies from business user perspective.
Plan acceptance testing, data migration, operational transition, and user training for business users.
Manage system implementation projects including implementer oversight, schedule control, scope management, and business user team coordination.
Facilitate identification and resolution of project issues related to business tasks and implementation challenges.
Monitor and analyze system usage, identify post-implementation operational issues, and develop utilization promotion measures
Support system modification requirement development and facilitate implementer communication.
4. Enterprise system utilization assessment
Analyze ERP and other supply chain & production system usage in business operations through interviews and data analysis.
Evaluate and report system utilization status and recommend further adoption strategies
Develop action plans to promote enhanced system utilization.

5 years minimum of technology implementation experience for SCM & Production process or its sub-operation (Planning, Sales, Production, Logistics, Warehouse, Transportation Purchase, Equipment maintenance).
Holds Thai nationality and can work onsite in Bangkok.
Experience working for Business or Management Consulting Firm (PwC, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.), Technology Consulting Firms (Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, SAP, Abeam, etc.), business companies as internal consultant or business analyst in digital transformation / information system planning department.
Experience in at least three ERP (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, Infor, QAD) implementation projects, including the requirements definition phase

SCM Technology Experience: Involved in design of SCM & Production related technology design and implementation as service provider or internal business analyst role. (ERP Projects, WMS etc.)
Professional Skills: Understanding of Supply Chain Management and Production management concept and have specific skill either on Supply Chain Planning, Material Planning, Production Planning, Sales management, Production management, Purchase, Warehouse management, Inventory management and Logistic/Transportation management.
Language skills: English (Business proficiency level), Thai (Native level)
Experience of Project Management in Business Consulting Firm or Technology Consulting Firm of technology consulting projects for SCM & Production or ERP/WMS/MES/TMS implementation experience in manufacturing or related operational industry.
Experience in Team leadership, Team management, Supervisory, People management
Preferred Qualifications
Experiences on business development and/or Solution Selling
Willingness to collaborate with international team and participate in global projects.
Experiences on Project Investment evaluation and Technology vendor selection.
