Manager - Commercial Finance Controller

Job purpose

We are looking for a talented candidate tobuild and support the Commercial Finance and Business Control at aCommerce, in a very fast-paced environment.

As aCommercial Finance Controller, you will be working with a Financial Planning & Analysis / Commercial Controller Senior Managerto shape the financial strategies that drive the success of our clients and contribute to the growth of our organization. Working closely with the commercial team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data specific to E-Commerce operations, providing valuable insights, and supporting key decision-making processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze financial dataand provide insights into the financial implications, including sales performance andoperating costs.
• Monitor revenue and control cost for each business units.
• Work closely with the commercial team tosupport on the implication of financial numbers with operation.
• Work with accounting team to support month-end closing.
• Identify opportunities for revenue and cost optimization.
• Provide Actual Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly financial performance to management team.
• Prepare Report andPresentation for Monthly Business Review.
• Gather issues or business interruption to prevent and report risks to management.
• Support on any Ad-hoc required by Head of Commercial Finance.

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably with exposure to E-Commerce.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a growth stage Internet/software company preferred.
• Has strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems.
• Works well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
• StrongMicrosoft Office Skills especially Excel and Powerpoint.
• Able to communicate in English on both writing and speaking Skills.
