Manager, Consolidation & Reporting

Responsibilities

• Assist in segment consolidation and the preparation of financial and management reports. Prepare segment reporting and forecasts/budgets. Support the preparation of SGX results announcements. Contribute to the Annual Report for the Group. Participate in the implementation of the Group Financial Reporting System. Liaise with auditors regarding the group audit. Assist with ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Recognised degree in Accounting or an equivalent professional qualification, ideally CA. 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably with initial years in a Big 4 audit firm followed by commercial experience. Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) and regulatory compliance for listed companies. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of financial reporting. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills capable of managing priorities and workflow. Self-driven, meticulous, proactive, and a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with stakeholders. Proficient in MS Office applications.
