Manager - Contracts & Procurement

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Selection: Identifying and selecting vendors, suppliers, and contractors who meet project requirements and specifications.
• Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiating and drafting contracts, including procurement contracts, vendor agreements, construction contracts, and lease agreements.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Managing project budgets, ensuring costs are kept within allocated limits, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.
• Pre-Contract Management: Conducting feasibility studies, due diligence, and project assessments before contracts are finalized.
• Risk Management: Analyzing potential risks and opportunities associated with real estate development projects.
• Quality Control: Ensuring that all products and materials meet company standards.

Incumbent Profile :

• BE/B. Tech - Civil Engineering
• Estimation & costing, tendering and contract Engineer with 10 -15 years experience in Real-estate/Construction industry.
• Exposure to rates classification for itemized works.
• Achieved significant cost savings through stringent negotiation techniques, market survey and negotiations.
• Proficient in developing cost estimates of projects/ budgetary proposals, detail project reports / paid studies, and in estimation of man-hours for procurement services.
