Position: Manager – Corporate Sales

Location: Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Industry: Fintech

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manager – Corporate Sales to join our growing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing sales professional with a strong hunter mindset and a proven track record in B2B enterprise sales.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with corporate clients. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role that requires hands-on involvement in lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

•Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients to achieve revenue targets.

•Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

•Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market penetration.

•Meet senior decision-makers including CXOs, Business Heads, and General Managers to understand business requirements.

•Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.

•Understand customer challenges and recommend suitable business solutions.

•Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close enterprise sales opportunities.

•Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

•Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order execution and SLA adherence.

•Support sales and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and business growth.

•Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales updates and business reports to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience

•4–6 years of experience in B2B Sales.

•Proven experience in new business development and enterprise sales.

•Strong hunter mindset with the ability to generate leads independently.

•Hands-on experience in cold calling and hardcore field sales.

•Experience selling to Corporates, Banks, Financial Institutions, or Enterprise clients.

•Comfortable engaging with CXOs, GM's, Senior Leadership, and key decision-makers.

•Experience in Digital Products Sales, Information Services, Risk Solutions, or Technology Sales will be an added advantage.
