About the Role:
The most critical contribution of this role is to understand and identify key business drivers, working closely with stakeholders to co-develop new business models that reflect rational value measurement. We are seeking a trustworthy, innovative, analytical, and creative team player who thrives in a dynamic business environment. The ideal candidate enjoys developing new business models, solving complex problems, and exploring business strategies. Passion for strategic business development is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute corporate strategies to drive business growth and sustainability.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define strategic goals and objectives.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare business cases, reports, and presentations for key stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional teams in strategy implementation and performance measurement.
- Ensure business units align with corporate strategy and vision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work with large data sets, financial models, and strategic frameworks.
- Experience in the insurance, finance, or investment industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
