Job Description
As the Data Delivery Lead, you will be a key driver of our data-centric transformation. You will lead the execution of data initiatives, serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and our engineering teams. Your technical expertise and leadership will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, scalable data solutions that meet our business needs. Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex data pipelines and analytics solutions for Supply Chain business unit.
- Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical engineering teams.
- Manage scope, resources, and timelines for data projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Oversee development, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to platform standards.
- Collaborate with Data Architect to ensure development aligns with architectural standards.
- Proactively monitor risks and develop mitigation strategies for data projects.
- Apply Agile project management principles to deliver business-aligned solutions.
- Own data delivery for core supply chain systems, including ERP, planning tools, and more.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business and data teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with data engineering tools (Snowflake, dbt, SQL, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience leading delivery for Supply Chain/Finance/Sustainability analytics.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and KPIs.
- Experience integrating data from ERP and supply chain systems.
- Proficiency in Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, and Pipeline building.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to balance competing stakeholder needs.
- Advanced understanding of organizational strategic initiatives and objectives.
- Passion for data-driven solutions and a desire to stay updated with industry trends.
