Manager, Data Management

PURPOSE

We are seeking an experienced Data Management & Partner Manager to lead a team of technical consultants responsible for solution consulting, project delivery, application support, and offshore partner management.

This role combines technical leadership, customer advisory, delivery governance, and people management to ensure innovative, scalable, and commercially successful solutions are designed, delivered, and supported. You will also manage key offshore service partners, driving performance, quality, and operational excellence across the professional services portfolio.

Solution Portfolio

• Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions including document composition, workflow automation, output management, and multi-channel communications.
• Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions including document and records management, content migration, information governance, and workflow automation.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Pre-Sales & Solution Leadership

• Lead technical solutioning activities for bids, tenders, and customer proposals.
• Support customer discovery workshops, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations.
• Review solution designs, project estimates, Statements of Work (SOWs), and implementation plans.
• Partner with Sales, Product Principals, and Delivery teams to develop competitive and profitable solutions.
• Ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to project delivery.

Project Delivery & Service Management

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of professional services projects, ensuring successful outcomes in scope, quality, budget, and timeline.
• Provide technical leadership across solution design, implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Establish delivery standards, governance frameworks, and quality assurance practices.
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical and delivery issues.
• Lead maintenance and support services, ensuring SLA compliance and continuous service improvement.

Partner & Vendor Management

• Manage offshore partner relationships, staffing, and operational performance.
• Oversee partner onboarding, governance, resource planning, and service reviews.
• Monitor delivery quality, service levels, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Support resource billing validation and performance reporting.

People Leadership & Capability Development

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical consultants.
• Manage resource allocation across projects, support engagements, and pre-sales activities.
• Drive technical excellence through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build trusted relationships with customers and act as a senior technical advisor.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and technology partners.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and quality service delivery.

Operational

• Continuously improve delivery methodologies, support processes, and documentation standards.
• Monitor utilization, project performance, profitability, service levels, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Identify opportunities to standardize services, improve efficiency, and reduce delivery risks.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices in CCM, ECM, and digital transformation.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in IT professional services, solution delivery, systems integration, or technical consulting.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical or delivery teams.
• Proven track record in enterprise solution design, project delivery, and application support.
• Experience with Customer Communication Management (CCM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), workflow automation, or digital transformation solutions is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting RFPs, tenders, proposals, SOWs, and customer presentations.

Technical & Leadership

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, systems integration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with databases, APIs, integrations, application platforms, and production support environments.
• Commercial awareness covering estimation, scope management, project profitability, and service delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, planning, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
