The Opportunity
As part of our Digital Supply Chain & Commercial Transformation practice, you will support transformation programs for regional and multinational clients across supply chain, operating model, commercial growth, and route-to-market initiatives.
You will work at the intersection of strategy, operations, digital, and analytics, supporting clients from diagnostic through implementation. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups to drive business transformation and operational improvements.
We take an AI- and analytics-first approach to enhance transformations, covering a broad spectrum of Digital, AI, and Analytics capabilities across Supply Chain and Commercial (Sales & Marketing).
Your Key Responsibilities
Digital Supply Chain & Transformation
- Support and deliver end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Conduct supply chain diagnostics and maturity assessments.
- Develop digital roadmaps across planning, execution, visibility, and control tower capabilities.
- Support process redesign across Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver functions.
- Translate business requirements into structured transformation initiatives and implementation plans.
- Apply AI- and analytics-driven approaches to identify opportunities, enhance processes, and drive measurable impact across supply chain and commercial operations.
Commercial & Revenue Growth
- Support commercial transformation and growth initiatives.
- Contribute to route-to-market strategy development and capability building.
- Support revenue growth management initiatives, including pricing, product mix, and channel optimization.
- Facilitate demand planning and sales-supply alignment initiatives.
- Analyse commercial and operational data to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
- Design performance management frameworks to support sustainable commercial outcomes.
Client Delivery & Stakeholder Management
- Lead day-to-day project workstreams and contribute to overall project delivery.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations.
- Facilitate client discussions, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions, business units, and geographies to drive project outcomes.
- Coach junior team members and provide quality reviews of team deliverables.
Firm & Practice Contribution
- Contribute to proposal development and business development activities.
- Support internal knowledge development and methodology enhancement initiatives.
- Participate actively in practice development and team-building activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in consulting, supply chain transformation, operations transformation, commercial transformation, or related industry roles.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to analyse, interpret, and structure data effectively.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
