Manager / Director of Leasing

Job Description

- Oversee the leasing performance of the Riverside Plaza Bangkok & Turtle Village with a combined net leasable area over 15,000 sqm.
- Monitor and develop a lease plan for the leasing team and maximize conventions for prospecting and closing deals with both International Brands and Local Brands.
- Ensure the best merchandise mix of tenants to achieve high.
- Analyze the brands and consider the suitable area to close deals including find out the temporary tenant /Pop up tenant in vacant space while we wait for permanent tenant replacement.
- Develop and send marketing packages and materials to potential tenants.
- Create tenant profiles and accurate database for each tenant category so as the facilitate information retrieval and ensure proper follow up.
- Create good relationships between tenants and companies at a high leave with owners.
- Set up and coordinate with tenants for new or renew contracts.
- Develop and implement a commercially focused marketing plan that drives leads, customer growth and expansion.
- Supervise and train leasing team.
- Survey other retail businesses for new trend development issues.
- Keep update market trend or shopping mall leader movement, new brands in & out to develop leasing strategy.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in leasing one of the large shopping centers (Central Group, The Mall Group or Siam Piwat).
• Strong strategic mindset and business acumen.
• Good analytical & communication skills/Resourceful and initiative.
• Strong organizational skills/Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good reading and writing skills in Thai and English.
