Job Scope: Ensure smooth operation of all facility systems, with strong focus on C View monitoring systems and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services, ensuring high uptime, safety, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
1. Facility Operations & Monitoring
- Operate and monitor facility systems through C View / centralized monitoring system
- Ensure real-time tracking of utilities (HVAC, power, water, etc.)
- Identify abnormalities and take corrective actions
2. Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Management
- Handle electrical systems (LV/MV panels, transformers, DG, UPS)
- Manage mechanical systems (HVAC, chillers, pumps, air compressors)
- Ensure high uptime of all critical M&E equipment
3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans
- Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors for major issues
- Maintain maintenance records and logs
4. Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate with M&E vendors, AMC providers, and contractors
- Ensure SLA adherence and quality of service
- Support vendor evaluation and performance monitoring
5. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards and statutory regulations
- Monitor fire protection systems and emergency readiness
- Support audits (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, internal audits)
6. Energy & Cost Control
- Monitor utility consumption via C View system
- Support energy-saving initiatives and cost optimization
- Track and report facility KPIs
