Position Title: Manager – Financial Reporting

Location: Bangalore

What you'll do at Quess:

Financial Reporting:

• Oversee the preparation of the organization's financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS,IFRS).
• Strong technical knowledge on Ind AS and experience in preparing financial statement as per Ind AS.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including those related to securities laws, tax laws, and corporate governance.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
• Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve data quality.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
• Provide clear and concise financial information.
• Address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

What we are looking for:

• CA is qualified with 2+ years of experience in Financial Reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
