Job Summery

To lead and drive all aspects of Food & Beverage operations at Amari Don Muang Airport Bangkok, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, service excellence, and strong financial performance. During the hotel's relaunch and transformation into a more upscale hospitality destination, this role is responsible for elevating service standards, enhancing dining concepts, strengthening team capabilities, driving revenue growth, and delivering innovative F&B experiences that align with the hotel's new positioning. The Manager, Food & Beverage will play a key role in establishing a refreshed guest journey, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring sustainable profitability while maintaining the highest levels of quality and brand standards.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets and in-room dining to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and profitability across all F&B operations.
• Review sales forecasts, business volumes, and staffing requirements to ensure optimal manpower planning and productivity.
• Monitor and control departmental expenses, food costs, beverage costs, labor costs, and operating supplies in line with approved budgets.
• Ensure all Food & Beverage operations comply with hotel standards, brand requirements, SOPs, and relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and team members to build a high-performing and guest-focused service culture.
• Conduct regular operational reviews, pre-service briefings, and performance discussions to maintain consistency and service quality.
• Ensure all guest feedback, requests, and complaints are handled professionally and effectively, with prompt service recovery when required.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Operations teams to develop promotions, events, and initiatives that enhance guest experiences and increase revenue opportunities.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation standards, cleanliness, and overall guest experience across all areas.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing requirements, stock control, and monthly stock-taking processes to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Support the relaunch and repositioning of Amari Don Muang Airport Bangkok by introducing innovative dining concepts, elevating service standards, and enhancing the hotel's reputation as a preferred upscale dining and hospitality destination.
• Prepare and analyze operational and financial reports, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, suppliers, and business partners to promote repeat business and long-term success.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management in support of hotel objectives.
