Provide personalized support and coordination of medical services to patients. Ensure seamless coordination of medical services between policyholders, financial representatives and medical providers to enhance the overall healthcare experience for our customers. To drive utilization of preferred partners services and increase customers satisfaction.
- Coordinate patient care, including scheduling appointments, managing referrals, and communicating with healthcare providers.
- Coordinate cashless admissions with healthcare facilities in a timely manner and maintaining accurate records of arrangements.
- Provide accurate information and guidance on insurance coverage, pre-authorisation requirements, policy benefits and exclusions.
- Facilitate communication between customers, agents, healthcare providers including hospitals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle complex, urgent, and service recovery cases with empathy professionalism, and sound judgement to deliver positive customer outcomes.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of customer interactions, case updates, and service arrangements.
- On call standby to attend to incoming cases after office hours on rotation basis.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or insurance industry will be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of healthcare processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
