Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics, reports, and dashboards.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Interprets employee data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends in data with ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.
- Delivers data analysis for Human Resources function for data management and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Develops and maintains appropriate benchmarks with other organizations.
- Perform special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Political Science or related files
- At least 5 years experience in HR Analytics
- Experience in supporting HR in Banking or Insurance Industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in data management.
- Strong computer literacy in MS Office applications including MS Word, Power Point, Outlook with advanced skills in Excel (Vlookup/Pivot Table/Dashboard).
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
- Ability to simplify and communicate ideas in accessible ways.
- Good English communication skills at business level
