Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager (Import & Export Division) with Japanese language capability to lead operations, manage client accounts, and oversee team development. You will work closely with Japanese management and regional headquarters, playing a key role in business operations and future expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with customers acquired by the sales team
- Lead, supervise, and develop Import/Export team members
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare reports and communicate directly with Japanese senior management and HQ
- Support and potentially expand involvement in domestic transportation and warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in logistics industry
- Proven management or leadership experience
- Japanese language proficiency (business level or above)
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience in import/export operations and customs documentation
