Responsibilities:
- OwnandmanagetheNewProductPortfolioandNewProductCalendar.
- Leadtheend-to-endproductdevelopmentpipelinefromideationtocommerciallaunch.
- CoordinatewithR&D,Marketing,Operations,SupplyChain,andotherkeyfunctionstoensuretimelyandsuccessfulproductlaunches.
- Conductpre-marketingfeasibilityanalysis,includingdemandforecast,pricing,andoperationalfit.
- Translatebrandvisionandpositioningintoactionableproductstrategiesthatresonatewithtargetconsumers.
- Analyzetrendsandconsumerbehaviortodefineproductopportunities.
- LeadconsumertestandresearchtogetherwithR&Dteamtotranslateinsightsintocommerciallyviableproductconcepts.
- Validatetechnicalandoperationalfeasibilityofproductideaswithrelevantstakeholders.
- Trackandevaluatepost-launchperformancetorefinefutureNPDstrategies.
- Prepareandpresentproductdevelopmentreports,insights,andrecommendationstoseniorleadership.
- Collaboratecloselywiththeinternationalfranchisoronalignment,approval,andknowledgesharing.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor'sdegreeinFoodScience,FoodTechnology,orrelatedfield.
- 7+yearsofexperienceinthefoodindustry,preferablyinQSRorF&B,withamixofR&Dandproductmarketing/salesexperience.
- Proventrackrecordinleadingcross-functionalNPDprojectsfromconcepttolaunch.
- Strongunderstandingofmarketresearch,commercialfeasibility,andgo-to-market(GTM)strategy.
- Proactive,driven,andresults-orientedwithabiasforaction.
- Highlyorganizedandstructured,abletomanagemultipleprojectsandtimelines.
- Strategicthinkerwithsharpcommercialinstincts.
- Passionateaboutthedessertandicecreamindustry.
- FluentinEnglish,bothspokenandwritten.Goodatpresentationskills.
- Comfortableworkingwithdataandperformanceanalysistools.
