Role Overview:
This role supports senior management in shaping corporate strategy, analyzing business performance, and driving business improvement initiatives. You will work cross-functionally to solve business challenges, support digital and business transformation projects, and contribute to sustainability and corporate governance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support corporate strategy development, business planning, and performance monitoring
- Analyze financial and business performance and provide actionable insights
- Lead business process analysis and improvement (As-Is / To-Be, Business Requirements, RFP/TOR)
- Support feasibility and investment analysis for systems and technology initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on solution design and project execution
- Track post-implementation results of Project
- Support sustainability and risk management initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate strategy, business analysis, consulting, or transformation (3+ years in a consulting firm is a plus)
- Strong analytical, business, and financial skills
- Experience working with senior management and cross-functional teams
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
