We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Manager of People & Culture to join our team in Koh Yao Yai, Thailand. In this strategic role, you will partner with leadership across all departments to drive people initiatives, develop talent, and create a positive employee experience that aligns with our organizational values and business objectives.
- Lead the People & Culture function, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and best practices in human resources management
- Develop and implement strategic HR programs that promote employee engagement, performance excellence, and professional development
- Partner with department heads to support recruitment, workforce planning, succession development, and talent retention initiatives
- Provide comprehensive HR leadership and coaching to managers, supporting them with performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Ensure full compliance with Thai labour legislation, company policies, and international HR standards
- Oversee payroll administration, benefits programs, and HR reporting to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Champion organizational culture and values, fostering an inclusive and transparent work environment throughout the employee lifecycle
- Design and execute employee onboarding, training, and development programs that enhance skill sets and career paths
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of people initiatives
- Lead change management efforts and communicate organizational updates with clarity and empathy
- Promote strong communication, teamwork, and accountability across all levels of the organization
- Manage HR budgets and resources efficiently while maintaining quality service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with proven expertise in employee relations, talent management, and HR operations
- Strong knowledge of Thai labour legislation and international HR best practices
- Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning, change management, and organizational development
- Proficiency with HR systems, reporting tools, and data analysis software
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to translate HR metrics into actionable insights
- Proven experience in recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development
- Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex HR concepts clearly and transparently
- Experience managing HR budgets and financial planning
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
- Hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
