Job Summary
To support the VP Operations and Corporate team by establishing proper schedules, travel arrangements, and procedures to gather data, and by providing weekly, monthly, and yearly in-depth analysis of properties quantitative results.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaise daily with the VP Operations regarding daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, as well as travelling plans for Corporate Office team members.
- Identify the statistical data resources that will improve the Operations Corporate team's capability to analyse properties performance.
- Establish templates (e.g. scorecards, productivity reports, etc.), in coordination with other Corporate Office departments, to allow the gathering of relevant data in a consistent manner.
- Work with properties management to streamline processes related to data collection and data retrieval.
- Provide technical assistance through training and coaching to property-based team members responsible for gathering the data.
- Develop and manage databases and spreadsheets to analyse and present data for Operations Excellence projects.
- Analyse findings, interpret results, and prepare comprehensive reports to identify gaps and future requirements for Operations Excellence, and convert insights into practical applications for ongoing projects.
- Conduct briefings and presentations of analytical findings and conclusions.
- Guide properties in understanding report findings and applying them to improve departmental performance in line with Operations Excellence objectives.
- Train junior Corporate Operations team members on data gathering methodology and results analysis.
- Assist in preparing presentations and materials for Operations Excellence projects and initiatives across ONYX operations.
- Manage and maintain Property Team Sites, Operations Excellence sites, and Budget site SharePoint, ensuring platforms are up to date, accessible, and effectively support collaboration, document sharing, and performance tracking.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for data and reports from the Corporate Operations Excellence department.
