Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Product development process expertise, managing and improvement.
  • Managing PD digital platform and system related within product development process.
  • PD representative for Pandora digital projects and improvement.
  • Maintaining and supporting for the development digital tracking system in daily basis.
  • Assist the relevant teams to work on PD system and PLM correctly.
  • Managing and Supporting business change required on PD systems and PLM.
  • Collaborate with the others functions on digital implementation and execution.
  • Assist the integration process with PD systems and PLM.
  • Update User role and number of users in PD system and PLM.
  • Be a PD representative person on process development and system development.
  • Leaders for PD digital platform and system execution and maintaining.

Job Requirements And Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in information systems, business administration or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years in experience in PLM, ERP and Development tracking system
  • Expertise in production or distribution modules: production control, inventory management
  • Dynamics AX -experience is a plus.
  • FLEX PLM experience is a HUGE plus.
  • Jewellery industry experience is a HUGE plus.
  • Process engineering and business/operation process is needed.

Preferred Personal Competencies


  • Process engineering design & improvement and architecture experiences.
  • Good communication skills and fluent in both English and Thai
  • Ability to interpret, advise and develop complex idea into technical and functional execution
  • Facilitator and project manager
