Responsibilities Of The Role

  • Employee data ownership: administer Employee data across joinermoverleaver (JML), maintain database, data quality, permissions, and audit trails; deliver scheduled and HR reporting.
  • Employee portal: support eLeave, eCertificate, onboarding/Enboarder, and timesheet modules; drive user adoption and training.
  • People analytics: build and maintain the People Dashboard; deliver insights on headcount, attrition, hiring, engagement, and staffcost budgeting/planning; support salary and benefits benchmarking.
  • Policy & compliance: maintain People Policies and Employee Handbook; ensure alignment with Thai Labor Law and PDPA; prepare documentation for audits.
  • Manage assigned employee benefits programs such as Oversee Long Service Award, Annual Health Checkup programs.
  • Continuous improvement: lead UAT, change management, and automation initiatives; partner with leaders and HRBPs to translate business needs into system and analytics solutions.

What You Will Need

  • 5+ years handson experience in HRIS administration and people analytics.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, BambooHR or equivalent).
  • Strong data skills: Intermediate excel skill, experience designing dashboards and KPIs.
  • Solid understanding of Thai Labor Law and PDPA; experience with policy documentation.
  • Vendor management and contract/invoice processing experience.
  • Project management capability; comfortable running UAT, rollouts, and training.
  • Excellent communication in Thai and English; high attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Preferable experience supporting staffcost budgeting/planning and rewards analytics.
  • Scripting for automation (e.g., Python) or ETL experience. Advanced Excel; BI tools (Power BI/Tableau); SQL for data extraction will be a plus.
