Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Product Portfolio Planning: Develop and implement product portfolio strategies that align with long-term business goals, market dynamics, and market trend , while adhering to all regulatory requirements.
- Innovation Development: Identify new business opportunities through deep market insights and market research. Lead the development of new products and packaging initiatives.
- Champion the Product Portfolio: Act as the product portfolio s gatekeeper, ensuring all B2B activities reflect its identity, values, and positioning, and comply with local regulations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring product portfolio initiatives to life from concept to execution.
- Project & Budget Oversight: Manage timelines, approvals, and budgets to ensure efficient and effective delivery of product portfolio programs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay ahead of evolving regulations and ensure all product portfolio activities meet legal and internal standards.
Who We&aposre Looking For
- 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 in a brand or product-related role
- Background in FMCG, ideally with a large global brand
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- A passion for understanding market insight and building impactful strategy
- Bilingual in Thai and English, skilled at translating business strategy into clear, audience-appropriate communication.
