Job Description
- Deliver system enhancements impacted by new product development, ensuring effective project management across RLS, RCMS, DELFE PPI processes, and all affected local systems by coordinating with Regional IT, Local IT, and Operations teams.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to monitor system enhancements for each product, providing updates to top management to ensure effective planning and alignment.
- Lead product process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and accounting processes, including after-sales services.
- Lead the development and implementation of online tools to support product business operations.
- Manage new mutual fund implementation, including IPOs and pre-sales communication, ensuring well-structured processes and strong project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance, investment-linked products (ILP), or financial services, with exposure to product implementation or project management
- Strong knowledge of system implementation processes related to new product development
- Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders including Regional IT, Local IT, and Operations teams
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to prepare and present insights to senior management
- Experience in developing or managing digital/online tools to support business operations
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and deliver within tight timelines
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities
