Welcome to BWF Envirotec, Thailand.
We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial leader who is ready to relocate to Thailand and actively contribute to the successful start-up and development of our new production site in Rayong.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in an international, hands-on environment and who are motivated by building structures, teams and processes from the ground up. You will play a key role in shaping a growing manufacturing site during its ramp-up phase.
Your Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Train and develop the production team on all machines to ensure efficient, safe and quality-oriented production
- Train and lead the technical service team to ensure reliable maintenance, repair and high availability of all machinery and facilities
- Develop and implement cleaning plans, maintenance routines and preventive measures to keep all equipment in excellent condition
- Establish stable workflows, clear information flows and transparent reporting structures
- Ensure effective communication and cooperation between Production, Technical Service and Quality Control
- Ramp up production capacity according to management requirements, including the introduction of shift models and continuous operations
- Follow up on open items from machine installation, transfer and commissioning
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement of processes, efficiency and technical standards
Your Profile
- University degree or equivalent technical vocational education with at least 5 years of professional experience in Production and/or Technical Service Management
- Proven leadership experience in a comparable role; experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Strong hands-on experience in both technical service (maintenance, repair) and production operations
- Solid mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Good understanding of PLC systems and machine control programs
- Strong analytical skills combined with structured project management capabilities
- Ability to train, coach and further develop technical and production teams
- High level of accuracy, reliability and sense of responsibility
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a practical and solution-oriented approach
- High cultural awareness and sensitivity when working in international and multicultural environments
- Willingness to relocate to Thailand for a long-term assignment
