Responsible for a day-to-day job will involve architectural, interior design, lighting design, kitchen & laundry design drawings and FF&E specification reviews and advice on design.
Collaborate in coordinating all aspects of a project, including client relations, assisting in developing project budgets and scopes of work, permit acquisition, and working with a project team to carry out feasibility assessments, concept development, design, and construction management.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, protect the interests and assets of the organization by ensuring compliance to Minor Architectural, Technical and Design standards and the project completion on time and on budget.
Assist with the review and delivery of projects under management contracts for Minor International, under the brands of Anantara, AVANI, MHG brands and any other projects as assigned by management.
Work closely with Design Consultants, Project Managers and Operators to ensure compliance with Minor standards and provide report writing for project visits and design workshops.
Review all pre-construction drawings such as the conceptual design, schematic design, design development, for tender drawing, for construction permit drawing and as built drawing.
Assist the team in tender meetings and monthly meetings with contractors in case of any clarifications required.
Reviewing material and shop drawing for approval during construction.
Conducting quality assurance and quality control audit during construction.
Qualification
Minimum with Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in architectural or interior design firm with hotel experiences
Extensive Technical Services background from international hotels with project management exposure.
