Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage reinsurance team and provide suggestion to solve complex issues.
Ensure if the reinsurance reports/transactions have been performed accurately.
Monitor and evaluate reinsurance performance and provide recommendation to improve reinsurance strategy and/or to negotiate with reinsurers.
Support in all reinsurance-related projects and provide analysis with recommendation.
Document, maintain and optimize reinsurance processes.
Liaise with reinsurers, underwriting team, actuarial team and IT team to analyze and optimize reinsurance process.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Actuarial, Statistics or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 5-7 years of experience in the reinsurance field.
Understand reinsurance techniques and operational processes.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
