Overview

THE ROLE:

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive sustainable business growth, enhance brand visibility, proper product strategies and support distributor success across Thailand. This role requires a dynamic leader who can align cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and deliver impactful campaigns that support Herbalife's mission and commercial objectives.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

Position Responsibility:

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement annual sales and marketing initiatives and campaigns aligned with regional and global strategies.
  • Identify growth opportunities through Distributor & Customer analysis, market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
  • Manage promotions, and events to maximize Distributor, Preferred Customer and Customer engagement.
  • Manage the company's product portfolio, new product launches and campaign.

Sales Enablement & Performance

  • Collaborate with Key Account Manager to drive distributor performance through national or targeted campaigns, training, and recognition programs.
  • Develop, enhance, enroll and localize tools that support DMOs (Daily Method of Operations) and share best practices.
  • Partner with Leaders and Key Account to support their business flow and performance.
  • Monitor and Analyze KPIs and sales metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Marketing, Branding & Communication

  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials (e.g., banners, flyers, AOP, digital assets).
  • Manage brand assets, messaging across all channels to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns and PR, including digital, social, and traditional media.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for campaign approvals and execution timelines.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with regional and global teams, related stakeholders, on assigned projects.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, company policies and guidelines.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Experienced in Sales and Marketing.
  • Ability to develop business strategies and plans, at the same time ensuring proper execution of strategies to meet both sales and organizational objectives. A hands-on individual with excellent leadership, motivational, organizational and human relations skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude, handle challenges in a positive manner and establish rapport with distributors and management while maintaining professionalism.
  • Energetic, initiative, assertive, open-minded, and hardworking with Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under minimum supervision.
  • Ability to function as an effective team member.
  • Have a good understanding of the principals of time management and be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a result orientated atmosphere meeting tight deadlines under constant pressure.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity.
  • Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.
  • Excellent oral and written English and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Power Point) and email.
  • Travel is required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 6 Subordinates

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Light: Office work, some lifting, considerable walking

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted and ventilated
  • Noise levels are considered low to moderate
