Responsibilities
- Drive market growth and business development by capturing key opportunities, integrating ESG(Environmental, Social, and Governance) , and building strategic partnerships in ASEAN.
- Lead product strategy and lifecycle management to deliver innovation, market fit, and continuous improvement.
- Coach and lead high-performing sales teams across ASEAN, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and growth-driven culture.
- Manage customer and distributor relationships to strengthen partnerships, drive retention, and support sustainable sales growth.
- Grow revenue and optimize gross margins through strategic pricing, cost control, and data-driven sales process improvements.
- Represent the company and engage industry stakeholders to drive innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards in safety, health, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of experience in industry development, business development, product line management, or sales leadership within ASEAN.
- Strong capability in leveraging data-driven insights and advanced technologies for strategic decision-making and sales optimization.
- Proven experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring high-performing sales teams
- Experience managing direct customer relationships and distributor networks
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a track record ofinfluencing senior stakeholders.
- Multilingual proficiency (e.g., English, Chinese or another major Asia Pacific language) is highly desirable.
- Overseas travelling required
