Description of Roles
- New investment transactions
- Analyze and quantify investment merits through financial modeling and analysis
- Conduct and manage financial, accounting, tax and legal due diligence
- Conduct and manage investment-related legal documentation
- Company's existing investments
- Monitor, plan and report on existing investment's performance
- Participate in existing investment's analysis and report for quarterly meetings and annual strategy session
Qualifications
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Real Estate or Economics with strong academic track record
- 4-6 years of related/adjacent work experience from large growth-oriented companies or financial service sector (banks, Big 4, corporate finance, M&A advisory, credit)
- Professional maturity with strong English communication skills
- Strong financial modeling, Excel and accounting skills
- Natural analytical thinker and problem solver
