Role Description The Manager/Sr Manager/AVP Corporate Business is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai and Pune Location, responsible for driving corporate business growth and profitability. The role involves developing and managing relationships with corporate clients and key distribution partners, understanding their risk and insurance needs, and proposing appropriate products and solutions. The professional will analyze corporate portfolios, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with finance, underwriting, and product teams to optimize business outcomes. Day-to-day activities include business planning, sales pipeline management, proposal and pitch preparation, coordination of renewals, and tracking project and policy implementation timelines. The role also includes supporting strategic initiatives, contributing to process improvements, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines, and mentoring team members to achieve business targets.

  • Graduate degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or professional certifications (e.g., insurance or finance) are an advantage.
