Position: Supply Network Planning Manager

Position Reports to: Global Head of Supply and Demand Planning

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Department: Supply Chain

An end to end (E2E) planning manager is a professional responsible for overseeing all stages of a supply chain, from raw material procurement to final customer delivery and after sales service.

The role involves strategic planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient flow throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities and Duties

• Strategic Planning: Drives network supply, optimizes inventory, and ensures demand accuracy across tactical (0-3 years) and strategic (3-10 years) horizons.
• Demand Management: Plays key role in managing demand, which impacts a company's ability to meet customer needs and manage assets.
• Process Implementation: Implements and maintains products parameters across the network to drive replenishment and manage inventory levels at decoupling points and in markets.
• Cross Functional Coordination: Influences and collaborates with cross functional teams at all levels, ensuring process adherence and effective decision making.
• Performance monitoring: Monitors key performance indicators, aiming to prevent stock-outs and ensure the availability of products for customers.
• Risk Management: Identifies and mitigates risks within the supply chain, with a high impact on supply chain performance if not managed correctly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent is typically required

• Experience: A Minimum of Six years of experience in a planning role, or related field like logistics, sourcing, or analytics, often necessary.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of E2E supply chain principles planning systems (like SAP or JDE), financial processes and demand/supply analytics is crucial.

• Soft Skill: Strong ability in strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, influence and leadership are essential. The ability to lead change and deliver results in a fast paced, complex environment is also important.
