Design, develop, and manage the company's Total Rewards framework to align with business strategy and ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
Manage compensation and bonus budgets, including Pay-for-Performance programs.
Develop and implement Total Rewards and benefits policies that effectively address employee needs and enhance engagement.
Conduct Job Evaluation in a systematic and structured manner to support compensation management and decision-making.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on compensation, rewards strategy, and related matters.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
Strong knowledge of salary structure design, job evaluation, market benchmarking, and Pay-for-Performance.
Experience in long-term incentives and performance management linked to KPIs or competencies.
Excellent analytical, communication, and consulting skills.
Proactive mindset with confident decision-making ability.
Knowledge of labor law and compensation-related taxation.
