Job Description
In this position, you will join a committed team of legal experts focused on delivering immigration services to our client. Your role will be integral in actualizing our client's immigration strategies and offering essential support to their employees throughout the work permit application process.
- Maintaining regular and effective communication with clients, addressing queries and providing legal guidance to support their immigration needs.
- Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
- Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
- Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
- Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients.
- Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
- Manage and resolve issues and /or escalations due to complex case matters
- Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points.
- Manage multiple and challenging Country business immigration engagements to deliver to our clients.
- Manage caseworkers and junior attorneys in case management and immigration law application
- Manage client relationships by ensuring accurate and appropriate legal options are provided and discussed
- Review application and work from junior team member and sign-off application before submitting
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
Qualifications
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Required Fields of Study: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or any related field
Minimum Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in Thailand Inbound immigration
Certification(s) Required: Nil
Language: Thai & English
