As the Warehouse Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing team while driving change and improving operational efficiency. You will establish strong communication practices, engage employees, and implement process improvements to support continuous improvement. You will work in in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with meaningful opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end warehouse operations for 100,000 Sq.ft Warehouse and Assembly Plant
  • Drive operational KPIs including Inbound, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time delivery, and compliance with company standards
  • Ensure full compliance with HR policies, workplace safety regulations, and all relevant legal and statutory obligations
  • Identify and implement lean/continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput
  • Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counting, variance analysis, root cause investigation, and reconciliation to minimize stock discrepancies
  • Provide strong leadership, coaching, and training to warehouse and logistics teams to build capability, accountability, and engagement.
  • Manage and resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and claims in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, review, and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, proactively communicating performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to management
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders such as Production, Planning, and Customer Service, as well as subcontractors and customers, to ensure smooth and timely material flow
  • Ensure all shipping and export/import documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Ensure operational activities are within budget

Qualifications

  • Graduates with strong professional communication skills
  • 10 or more years of proven success in Warehouse Management roles
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance service excellence and cost efficiency
  • Solid understanding of logistics compliance, ISO standards, and occupational safety regulations
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet demanding timelines
  • Proactive, responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) - required for regional reporting and cross-functional collaboration
