About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Corporate Strategy Manager to join a small, high-impact strategic team at a leading international holding company with a diversified global portfolio.
Working directly with Executive Leadership and senior management across our portfolio companies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping group strategy, identifying market opportunities, evaluating risks, and driving strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Business Analysis: Conduct deep-dive financial and operational analyses to evaluate performance, market trends, and value-creation opportunities across group companies.
- Project Execution: Turn complex analyses into actionable recommendations and lead strategic initiatives to completion.
- Executive Collaboration: Build trusted relationships with portfolio executives and present data-driven recommendations to Group Leadership.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3–5 years in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Analysis, CEO/Chairman's Office, or Investment Analysis.
- Capabilities: Strong analytical rigor, financial modeling skills, and a track record of turning insights into measurable results.
- Languages: Fluent in Thai and English (Mandarin Chinese is a plus).
- Mindset: Highly organized, commercially minded, curious, and confident.
- Analytical & Financial Rigor: Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial modeling, and data-driven reasoning skills.
- Execution Focus: Proven ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations and manage execution through to measurable outcomes.
- Communication & Presentation: Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear executive summaries.
Education & Personal Attributes
- Education: Strong academic background. An MBA is a plus, but not necessary.
- Mindset & Style: Highly organized, curious, commercially minded, confident, and proactive.
- Adaptability: Exceptional relationship-building capability, high initiative, and sound commercial judgment.
Pay Range & Compensation Package
- Base Salary:THB 150,000 – THB 180,000 per month(approx. THB 1.8M – 2.16M annual base)
- Bonus & Performance Incentive: Performance-based annual bonus tied to individual impact and portfolio value creation
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid / Flexible Model: Remote work flexibility with periodic on-site collaboration at the Headquarters in Sathorn, Bangkok.
