Job Summary

- The Managing Director is responsible for providing overall strategic and operational leadership to drive business growth, profitability, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

- The role leads the company in alignment with the strategic direction of AssetWise Group while developing sustainable business opportunities, strengthening brand value, and maximizing synergies across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company's overall business strategy, annual business plans, and growth initiatives in alignment with AssetWise Group's strategic direction.

- Take full responsibility for P&L, revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and overall business performance.

Lead and oversee all key business functions, including operations, commercial, marketing, finance, people, and business development.

- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, market trends, and potential expansion opportunities to drive sustainable growth.

- Develop and strengthen the company's brand positioning, customer experience, product portfolio, and market competitiveness.

- Establish business targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure effective execution across the organization.

Drive operational efficiency, productivity, cost optimization, and continuous improvement across the business.

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, business partners, customers, suppliers, and relevant external organizations.

- Develop organizational capability, leadership talent, and a high-performance culture to support business growth.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, corporate governance, risk management, and AssetWise Group policies.

- Collaborate with AssetWise and its subsidiaries to identify and leverage Group synergies, shared resources, and cross-business opportunities.

- Provide strategic recommendations and regular business performance updates to the Board of Directors and AssetWise Group Management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant management experience, with significant experience in a senior leadership or P&L management role.

- Proven track record in business strategy, commercial management, business development, and financial performance management.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and business operations.

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational transformation and business growth.

Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
