Managing Director - Dusit Thani Bangkok and Dusit Residences

The Managing Director will provide the required leadership supervising the Hotel Manager and Residence Manager to ensure the successful opening of the new flagship hotel and luxurious residences, monitor its day-to-day operations, execute the hotel's business plan and direction to maximize profitability as per set targets and budgets, and inspire the team to achieve all missions.

Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of experience in luxury hotel management in a similar capacity
• Knowledgeable and proven achievements in key hotel operations
• Understanding of service residence management is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
• Professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
