MANDATE SCOPE OF WORK (What You Will Achieve)

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Drive successful project execution: Lead the team of Project Group to achieve successful project execution from project conception until project opening.
• Optimize cost, time, quality: Manage overall cost, time, and quality of the projects working with Project Developer and Project Operator team.
• Ensure quality PDE delivery: Deliver quality PDE with CCC for new and repositioning projects.
• Complete projects for growth: Ensure project completion per PDE to achieve Development growth.
• Drive property enhancement & NPV growth: Lead and take full ownership in the enhancement of the property through project development to increase project NPV.
• Track asset performance & growth: Monitor asset performance and Asset Stage growth per PDE.
• Elevate market positioning: Continue to lift the positioning to lead the market.
• Maximize CAPEX efficiency: Manage and ensure best use of project CAPEX budget.
• Develop strategic partnerships: Create win-win Partnership strategy and MOU/framework agreement to build unique value for AWC and top positioning for projects.
