Mandarin Coordination Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and fluent Mandarin-speaking Coordination Executive to

serve as the primary communication bridge between company and our Chinese-speaking

manufacturing partners at the Thailand facility. The role requires strong verbal and written

Chinese-English fluency, close coordination with the factory floor on production and quality

matters, and the ability to translate business, technical, and operational conversations

accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

● Act as the primary Chinese-language liaison between Company's team and factory

personnel, suppliers, and technical staff

● Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, factory visits, and calls involving

Chinese-speaking stakeholders

● Translate technical documents, production specifications, quality reports, and

correspondence between Chinese and English

● Coordinate day-to-day communication on production schedules, order status, and quality

issues with the factory team

● Support troubleshooting of production or quality concerns by ensuring accurate, timely

communication across teams

● Maintain records of communications, translated documents, and meeting notes for

internal reference

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams – supply chain, quality, and operations – to

ensure smooth factory coordination

● Build and maintain strong working relationships with factory management and

Chinese-speaking partners

● Flag communication gaps or misunderstandings early and proactively resolve them

Who You Are

● Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) and English is

required, as this role involves daily communication with Mandarin-speaking manufacturing

partners and translation of technical and operational information.

● 0–2 years of experience in a coordination, liaison, or translation role, ideally within a

manufacturing or trading environment

● Comfortable working on a factory floor and coordinating directly with production and

quality teams

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across

cultures

● Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing conversations

and documents

● Willingness to be based at or travel regularly to the Kabin Buri, Prachinburi manufacturing

facility

● Prior experience in packaging, FMCG, or sustainability-focused industries is a plus
