Mandarin Speaker

We are seeking fluent Mandarin and English speakers to participate in a remote audio recording project.

Participants will work in pairs to record natural conversations in both Mandarin and English based on provided scripts or discussion topics. The recordings will support the development and improvement of speech and language technologies.

Responsibilities

- Record conversations in Mandarin and English with another participant

- Follow the provided scripts, topics, and recording guidelines

- Speak clearly and naturally throughout each session

- Complete recordings within the required timeline

- Ensure recordings meet the project's quality requirements

- Communicate with the project team regarding progress or technical issues

Requirements

- Fluent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese

- Strong English-speaking proficiency

- Ability to communicate naturally in both languages

- Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet recording environment

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet deadlines

- Previous audio-recording experience is helpful but not required

Project Details

- Fully remote

- Recording instructions and materials will be provided

- Participants may apply individually
