Manpower Management: Collaborate to assess and adjust manpower requirements based on operational needs.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to conduct/control Shuttle & Line Haul allocation.
Reporting: Prepare presentations, progress updates, and detailed reports for reporting manager to inform decision-making and highlight key outcomes.
Support: Perform any duties as assigned to support Strategic Workforce Planning team

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources or a related field.
0-1 year experience in project management, operations, or workforce planning, ideally in logistics or e-commerce sectors.
Familiar with working in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheet).
Strong ability to analyze workforce performance data, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
