About The Team

Job Description:

Support manpower planning using manpower models and volume forecasts (daily, weekly, and monthly) to achieve operational KPIs.
Monitor manpower fulfillment rates and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure workforce availability.
Prepare and maintain productivity reports and operational data to support planning and daily operations.
Assist in monitoring arrival curves, fulfillment performance, and related operational data to improve planning accuracy.
Support planning and control of pallets, MHE, and warehouse consumables to ensure operational readiness for campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any field
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
Proficient in Excel
Strong numerical thinking
Background in e-commerce operations is a plus
Able to communicate effectively with related parties to ensure realistic planning figures and timelines are met
