Job brief
We are seeking a results-driven Manufacturing Cost Controller to strengthen our finance team. This role plays a critical part in driving cost transparency, improving operational efficiency, and supporting capital investment decisions in a dynamic international manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing costs and variances (material, labor, overhead).
- Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Manage CAPEX budgeting, tracking, and project cost control.
- Oversee fixed asset capitalization, depreciation, and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies.
- Use SAP for cost tracking, reporting, and asset management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in manufacturing cost control and fixed asset accounting.
- Solid exposure to CAPEX project accounting.
- Experience in an international manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on SAP experience (CO and Asset modules preferred).
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with strong ownership and accountability
