Manufacturing Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

• As a Product Development Coordinator, you are part of the international R&D team. You are the preferred technical contact for customers and the man interface between customers and MINTH teams.

• You are responsible for managing the technical interface between MINTH and customers (OEM), and you take all necessary measures to successfully develop the MINTH product portfolio by meeting customer needs (OEM).

Tasks: Lead and manage the technical interface with customers (OEM) in order to successfully prospect and technically & commercially develop MINTH products, while respecting MINTH's interests and objectives:

• Manage and ensure the technical content during the acquisition phase (RFQ/RFI).

• Provide technical support to the project team during the development phase, in order to meet QCD objectives.

• Participate in project monitoring during the production phase: technical support, productivity, optimization and capitalization (interior/ exterior plastic parts).

• Participate in the standardization and implementation of our product strategy: define design standards, deploy best practices, improve competitiveness, define and apply product strategy.

• Participate in innovation and organize exhibitions of technical solutions in connection with customers (OEM).

• Participate in prospecting, analysis and identification of customer needs, technological and competitive watch.

• Participate in the resolution of unforeseen and/or complex product problems.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, automotive, mechanics/materials, industrial engineering and technological sciences or similar).
2. 3 years of experience in the development of automotive products, including at least 1 year in a similar position with a Tier 1 equipment supplier (Tier 1) or a manufacturer (OEM).
3. Good general knowledge of the automotive sector: automotive market, manufacturers & equipment manufacturers, products and processes, project, quality, supply chain, etc.
4. Basic knowledge of injection molding, painting and assembly of automotive exterior parts.
5. Fluent in Thai and English
6. Master design and office automation tools (Catia, UG, CAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
