Job Overview

MANUFACTURING ENGINEER II is responsible for ensuring high reliability and performance of automated and semi-automated production equipment. This role leads maintenance teams, drives TPM activities, and builds a strong culture of Safety, Quality, and Productivity while supporting production targets and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Strong automation troubleshooting and preventive maintenance capability
  • Solid understanding of TPM, OEE, and continuous improvement (Kaizen)
  • Effective team leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to build and sustain Safety, Quality, and Productivity culture
  • Open-minded, teamwork-oriented, service-driven, and decisive
  • Strong discipline in standards, procedures, and 5S
  • Good communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders

What Your Background Should Look Like

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related engineering field
  • Experience from automation machine makers or electronics manufacturing companies
  • 5–10 years in maintenance of automated / semi-automated machines
  • Hands-on knowledge of automation systems, robotics, sensors, pneumatics, and vision systems
  • Proven experience leading maintenance technicians or small teams
