Job Description

The Successful Applicant

Brings over 6 years of experience in supervisory roles or engineering support within product management, with proven success in driving operational efficiency and team performance.
Proficient in English for daily business communication, including technical documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and global stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrates strong communication and coordination abilities, ensuring seamless alignment between engineering, production, and quality teams.
Skilled in leading and developing teams effectively, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
