Job Scope
- Drives the completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual presentations related to Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Pricing and Profit & Loss for the presentation to MD/CFO and senior leaders
- Lead Finance team and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and senior management to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making
Essential Skills and Experiences Required
- Cost accounting: Knowledge in cost accounting principles and practices specific to a manufacturing environment.
- Manufacturing KPIs: Proven experience with key manufacturing performance indicators, such as throughput, yield.
- Financial Analysis: Strong ability to analyze large data sets to identify trends, performance issues, and business opportunities.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Experience in developing and managing detailed annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor a finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 810 years of experience in Finance and Accounting
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Familiar or work in Manufacturing field is a plus.
