Position: Production Management Supervisor

- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage production schedule, quality, and safety.
- Control production costs.
- Oversee the implementation of production standards and process optimization.
- Manage contract standards and material inventory (in/out).
- Control production risks.
- Manage construction production archives.
- Coordinate with owners, partners, and subcontractors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Materials, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the production of PC precast components or bridge prefabrication.
- Language: fluent Thai and English
- Skills: Possess practical and professional knowledge of concrete precast component manufacturing and production management; familiar with concrete material expertise.
- Competencies: Strong production organization and communication coordination skills; strong sense of responsibility and teamwork awareness.
