Location: Lad Krabang, Bangkok Thailand
Open for Candidate who can speak Thai and Chinese Language.
- Formulate policies and work plans, including production targets and objectives.
- Supervise and control production lines to ensure compliance with established standards and schedules.
- Manage production-related issues and promptly coordinate with relevant departments for immediate resolution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as Maintenance and QA, to ensure alignment and achievement of the production plan.
- Develop and improve production processes, methods, and machinery by implementing new technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Scrap and inventory controlling / Controls housekeeping and discipline
- Maintain 5S standards and ensure cleanliness within the assigned work area.
- Comply with company policies, rules, and regulations regarding Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S).
- Monitor workplace safety and identify potential operational risks within the production line.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (Equivalent experience may be considered).
- Experience: 3-5 years+ of supervisory and related electronics or optic product experience preferred.
- Required Skill: Understand of personal and Improvement skill.
- Working day Monday - Saturday.
